Bluebells, Year 1 and Year 2 classes thoroughly enjoyed their sports day this morning in perfect summer weather.  For Year 1 and Bluebells, it was their first ever school sports day and all the children participated so well.  

Bluebells had their sports day first and rotated around different activities on the school field and new MUGA and then ran in races at the end.  Year 1 and 2 had more activities and also ran sprint races as well.  In addition, for the first time, all Year 1 pupils decided they wanted to run the lap (long race) having been inspired watching all the Year 2 pupils run it.  Fantastic achievement shown - well done to all our pupils.

A big thank you to our Year 5 pupils who coached and scored all the events this morning and Mr Collins who set up and organised all the events.
