Dear Parent/Carer

July is a very busy month in school as we finish off topics as well as having lots of extra opportunities for sports and off site visits.

Over the last few weeks, our Year 4 class have enjoyed three visits to carry out science work on the South Bay beach, Year 5 have visited the art gallery and South Bay beach and Bluebells class (EYFS) have visited Playdale Farm . Over the last two weeks of the term,, Year 3 will be visiting the beach as part of their science topic on food, Year 6 will be learning to surf at Cayton Bay, EYFS will visit the Shuttleworth (Fairy) gardens and Year 1 are having a history visit to Scarborough Castle.  We are very pleased that despite many other restrictions being in place this year, we have been able to carry out off site visits which we know our pupils love participating in.
