Free Style Football
Today we were visited by Ash Randall, a freestyle footballer who holds an unbelievable 25 World Records! He demonstrated his incredible skills in a whole school assembly and talked to the children about failure. He explained that one of his tricks took over a year to learn and that he failed at it thousands of times before he mastered it. We linked this to our Wheatcroft character trait of resilience. Every class then enjoyed a workshop where they got the chance to try out new skills, which they thoroughly enjoyed. ⭐️⚽️💪
A big thank you to Mr Collins who organised this event for school.
