Funky Friday
We have had a very enjoyable Scarborough Heritage Funky Friday today with each teacher choosing a famous building/structure and some work based on that. In Bluebells, work was done about Scarborough Castle, winter art work from the Art gallery in Year 1 and clay tiles in Year 2. In Key Stage 2, pupils chose from: the Rotunda (dinosuars), the Grand Hotel (ballroom dancing), the Lighthouse (poetry and painting), the Spa (dancing) and Valley Bridge (science, technology, engineering, maths bridge building challenges.
