Key Stage 2 Sports Day
To celebrate our first Sports day with families watching since June 2019, we had two sports days in one day! In the morning, Bluebells, Year 1 and Year 2 enjoyed their Sports Day followed by Key Stage 2 in the afternoon.
It was fantastic to see so many families coming to support their child and on such a perfect summer's day. For the first hour, the children moved around sixteen potted sports including: long jump, penalty shots, throwing the vortex, slalom relays, sack races and the sponge relay. After that, the children competed in track races, including sprints, relays and the long race around the lap. All the pupils competed fantastically well and should be very proud of their sporting achievements this afternoon. Seaview (Blue team) won the cup with 1555 points scored. Congratulations to all the children today.
