'Pupils are part of a nurturing community at Wheatcroft School. They benefit from effective pastoral support. Staff at the school know them well. Pupils are safe and happy. They are proud to live up to the school’s motto of ‘Learn and Care’  (Ofsted 2023)

Mr Levett is our school's Behaviour & Pastoral Lead. He is in school every day of the week and is available by telephone (01723 375704) or email (admin@wheatcroft.n-yorks.sch.uk). He works with children and families to ensure that pupils are accessing their education and school lives successfully and offers support where needed and appropriate.

Mr Levett also oversees and monitors the behaviour, learning and progress of pupils and communicates
expectations regarding the school's Relationship and Behaviour Policy.
