Welcome to The PTA of Wheatcroft School
We are a group of parents and staff raising money to support trips and events for the children at school. We meet every six weeks as a working party to plan events and future projects. It is great to hear ideas from all of our members and we all help run the events as and when we can.
We always need members to join or help run specific events. If you are interested in helping us raise funds, please contact the school on 01723 375704 or email admin@wheatcroft.n-yorks.sch.uk.

Summer Fair 2024
We had a fantastic summer fair! We had fun on the bouncy castle, face painting and tombola. The firefighters showed lots of children around the fire engine and great fun was had by all!
Thank you for supporting the fair, we raised £1080.70!
There are lots of projects being carried out in the holidays to improve the school environment and the PTA money will be spent on some of that. We will keep you posted.
We will be busy planning lots of exciting events for next term. If you would like to join the PTA, please let Miss Harper know and look out for the new dates on the website.
The Colour Run!
We hosted the Colour Run for the first time on March 8th 2024. There were over 240 runners and lots of smiley faces and lots of paint. We were very busy counting all the sponsorship money and our Grand Total profit is......an AMAZING £1247.24!
