Mrs Hayes organised this very enjoyable visit to Danby in connection with the class topic on Winter. Unfortunately, it was postponed before Christmas due to snow but thankfully went ahead today.
The children had some fantastic opportunities to learn about our native woodland animals and their adaptation and get close up to some of them!
A highlight was having hot chocolate around an open bonfire!
The children really enjoyed their visit and learnt lots of interesting facts.
