Welcome to Wheatcroft Community Primary School!

Thank you for logging on to the Wheatcroft CP School website. Whatever your purpose in doing so let me extend a warm welcome. The site has been designed with these principal user groups in mind. Firstly our own pupils who will find links to other sites related to topics they are studying, games, puzzles and other resources which we hope will consolidate and extend learning which takes place in school and prove interesting and enjoyable.

Secondly our parents and carers who we hope will enjoy exploring the site with the children. It is also intended to act as a reference giving easy access to, for example, holiday dates and some information about events and activities taking place in school.

Our third user group are those parents and carers who are moving to Scarborough and looking for places in local schools. We hope our website gives a genuine flavour of Wheatcroft, our ethos, values and aspirations so that prospective parents will arrange to visit and see the school in action.

Like our school the website will be a dynamic, ever changing place which we want to be of used to all visitors. We will be pleased to receive any comments and hope that, as you explore, you will be able to find what you are looking for.
